I finally got around to putting my niece's Easter basket together. The container was originally just pink, so I added some purple ribbon with terrifically tacky double sided tape and a premade wooden easter shape with hot glue. The Happy Easter regular and shadow were cut at fit to page on a 12x12 matt, this made them come out to a size of about 6 1/2. The chicks were cut in the following sizes: Two at a size 3 1/2, one at a size 3, and two at a size 2 1/4. I cut there blackout in orage, the top layer in yellow and used black to color in the eyes. All cuts were made from the Easter Solutions cart and all cardstock was pearlescent to give the cuts a little bit of sheen. (I think it would have looked nice to flock the chickens, but I didn't have any yellow flocking.)
Over at Fantabulous Cricut, their challenge this week was to make an Easter themed project using pastel colors, so I entered this in their challenge.
