The challenge at My Sheri Crafts this week is to make a project for Breast Cancer Awareness. You can find their blog here: http://myshericrafts.blogspot.com/
I thought since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it would be fun to incorporate the theme with the month and make a pumpkin. I started out with a plastic pumpkin and used light pink paint to cover the pumpkin. I then took a pencil and hand drew the ribbons around the pumpkin (I am not that great at drawing, but I think they turned out okay). After they were drawn, I used white paint to fill in the drawings and then I took a q-tip and used it to make small dots with the white paint around the pumpkin as well.
Very Very Cute I love that you combines the two things!
ReplyDeleteOMG! This is SO fun! I love it! Thanks for sharing it with us this week!
ReplyDeleteJean, how adorable!!! And something that boosts the spirits and makes you smile -- it's fun and does not add burden to or immediately bring to mind what might be a sad situation for some! I love it!
ReplyDeleteWOW! LOVE it!! Great job!! (I gotta try that!!)

ReplyDeleteBusinesses and educational institutions might benefit from purchasing craft kit wholesale in bulk, but hobbyists can also find great value. You may save money and effort by buying DIY kits in quantity. To be prepared for moments of inspiration, you may stock up on a wide range of materials. It's an excellent strategy for always being ready for impromptu periods of making.
