To make the wreath, I started out with a foam wreath form from the Dollar Store and some red, white and blue yarn.
When it was fully wrapped, I used the Simply Charmed cartridge to cut three stars out for the side. I added faux stitching lines around the outside. I used the Don Juan Cricut cartridge to cut the USA out of blue glitter paper for the center of the stars. The stars were attached with hot glue.
