Baked a cake

Today, me and my husband baked a cake. We cut the bottom to look like a lily pad and then covered it with fondant. Brushed on some diluted food coloring to give it a water color effect and then added some icing. I made the frog and size with the cricut using the Create a Critter, Sweethearts and Gypsy Wanderings cart. The little dragonflies are charms that I hot glued to the piping and then added it to the cake. I think it turned out pretty good. I took it out to my parents house and shared it with them. The kid's birthday is on Wednesday, so it was kind of like an early cake from me, but I am going to have to make another one, because my grandmother asked for a chocolate one and one of the kids wanted me to put a monkey on it.
