Monagrammed Box/ Cutting Up With Class Show and Tell Link Party: Design Team Project

Hello everybody!  I am so excited because today is my first post for the Cutting Up With Class Design Team.  Be sure to check the page out here: http://www.cuttinupwithclass.blogspot.com/.  This week is Show and Tell Week, so you can link up any project that you have been working on.  Be sure to create a new posting for your project and link back to Cutting Up With Class in your post when linking up.  Stop by and see all of the great projects by the rest of the design team this week and link up your project to share. :)

For my project, I made this Monagrammed Box for a friend of mine for Christmas.  She loves cardmaking, so I am filling the box up with some blank cards and stamps for her.
I started out with an unfinished wooden box.
I removed the hinges on the box and then sanded it by hand and painted it completely white with spray paint.
Next, I cut the A out with black vinyl from the Tie the Knot Cartridge at a size of 6.84wide x 5.27high.  Once I had it on the box, I put a coat of Mod Podge over the top to seal it in.
