I took some patterned paper and covered a mini composition book on the front and back using zig glue. I then used the Gyspy to cut two scalloped circles in white and blue that I popdotted on the front of the notebook. I used a stampin up mini mates stamp to put the Just a Note on the circle. I used some mini glue dots to add blue stickles to the corners.
