FC Challenge: Pumpkin Cookie Box

The challenge at the Fantabulous Cricut blog this week is to make a project that has to do with baking and has atleast one cricut cut on it also.  You can find their blog here: http://fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com/  I decided to make some pumpkin cookies and a box for them.

For the box, I took a piece of black cardstock at a size of 8 1/2 by 6 3/4.  I then scored the box at 2 1/4 inches on all four sides and cut the score lines. Now, I folded it up into the box shape.  The pumpkins for the front and back were cut from the Mini Monsters Cart.  Next, I added some green swirled ribbons and filled it with some Pilsburry pumpkin cookies to incorporate the baking theme.

Our family has a long-standing practice of binge-shopping for Back to School Supplies every year. The aroma of freshly sharpened pencils and the feel of unbound notebook paper is enchanting. Beyond stocking up on supplies, this is about laying the groundwork for an orderly and fruitful academic year. Access to a wide range of resources, such as binders and backpacks, makes everything more enjoyable and unique. They are celebrating the arrival of new school supplies and another year of learning and personal development!
